ESPAGUETIS TO MUJJOL

Ingredients (4 people)
400 gm. Of spaghetti.
40 gm. Onion.
½ dl of extra virgin olive oil.
1 teaspoon chopped parsley.
1 tub of Mujjol of 120 gm.
A pinch of white pepper.

Preparation
Put in a pan onion finely chopped, with the oil and let it slowly sofreír, lay parsley and give some turns, adding mujjol. Leave evaporate.
In a saucepan cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water, let it cook al dente and draw cooling with tap water (cold) and escurrirlo. Echarlos in skillet, mixing all well and if necessary add a little water for cooking pasta.
Serve hot.
