CALLUS STYLE CANARIO

Ingredients (5 persons)
2 kg of tripe.
½ kg chickpeas,
2 units of sausage cooking.
50 gm. From smoked bacon.
6 cloves of garlic.
2 medium onions.
3 tomatoes.
2 green peppers.
1 tablespoon paprika (spicy)
1 tablespoon met (colour)
2 bay leaves.
1 branch of thyme.
A bit of salt.

Preparation:
We leave the beans soaking in the previous night.
First wash the tripe and guisaremos in a bucket with water until they are covered. Les escurrimos water and troceamos in heels.
