ALUBIAS TO SAUSAGES

Ingredients (4 people)
500 gm. Remojas beans.
6 sausages.
2 small onions.
2 garlic cloves.
300 gm. Tomatoes.
1 sprig of thyme.
1 sprig of laurel.
1 pinch of parsley.
Oil and salt.

Preparation
Put the beans with water the night before.
Drain the beans and put them on fire in a pot covered with cold water. When you begin to boil, add a whole onion, bay leaf, thyme and salt. Boil slowly for 45 minutes.
Cut sausages and freímos lightly in a skillet. The reserve.
Peel and rallamos tomatoes, the remaining onion, garlic and parsley and sofreíamos in the same oil along.
Add the sausage and sauce in the pot and cocerlo blocked for 30 minutes, adding water if necessary to cover the beans and rectifying salt, if needed.
