ALBÓNDIGAS GUISADAS

Ingredients (6 persons)
For the meatballs:
3 eggs.
2 garlic cloves.
1 sprig of parsley.
1 kg. From mincemeat.
Salt, Oil.

For the sauce:
2 or 3 tablespoons of flour.
1 onion.

Preparation:
