at this episode, we are sharing a rich cake recipe
It is native to Italia, but it is reinterpreted by Mutevazi Lezzetler...
"Tiramisu with Strawberries"
letís see the ingredients list firstly, then we will see how to cook it
1 cocoa sponge cake
"for the cream; 2 cups of milk"
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1/3 cup of flour
8 - 10 strawberries
1 mild cream cheese with strawberries
1 pack of vanilla
"for wetting the sponge cake; 1 cup of hot water"
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp granulated coffee
"for the upper side; 1 tbsp cocoa"
now I can go closer to stove to prepare the creamÖ
Iím starting by breaking the egg
Iím adding 2 cups of cold milkÖ
and 1/3 cup of flour on itÖ
Iím mixing it wellÖ
to prevent the flour from staying as lumps
then, Iíll add the sugar and turn on the heat
Iíve added the sugar also
now I can turn on the heat
Iíll be cooking it by stirring constantly, until it reaches the right consistency
the cream has reached the right consistency
now, Iím adding 1 pack of vanilla, andÖ
1 pack of mild cream cheese with strawberries into the cream
you can use pure mild cream cheese instead also
after mixing it for a whileÖ
Iíll remove it from the stove
if you notice some lumps, you may blend it
I can turn off the heat
now, Iím preparing the syrup to wet the sponge cake
I have 1 cup of hot waterÖ
and 1 tbsp granulated coffeeÖ
Iím adding 1 tbsp of granulated sugar on it
and mixing it
the mixture is dissolved and smoothened
Iím wetting the sponge cake which has two layer with the syrup
Iím pouring each half of the syrup all over the each half of the cake
we have already shared sponge cake recipe at one of the previous episodes...
if you add 2 tbsp of cocoa to the ingredient list of that recipe, you may get ďsponge cake with cocoaĒ
after wetting the cake, Iím placing half of the prepared creamÖ
the cream should cool down
as you may notice, I did not placed cream onto the edges of the cake
now, Iím cutting some strawberries over the cream
Iím sprinkling it over the cream randomly
Iím placing the opposite side of the other part of the sponge cake
to make it soak the syrup
Iím wetting it also with the remaining syrup
now, Iím placing the remaining cream over itÖ
and laying it all over the cake
the cream may flow from the edges of the cake, it is not a matter
although, it seems better
Iíve flattened the cream...
Iím sprinkling the 1 tbsp of cocoa all over
Iím garnish it by placing some strawberry pieces over it
if you will slice the cake into 8 pieces, 8 halves of strawberries are sufficient in that case
